Rf Navigation Payloads Technical Lead - Tres Cantos, Comunidad De Madrid, Spain

We are seeking a Technical Lead in RF Navigation Payloads and On-Board Signal Processing for our Flight Segment and Robotics projects.The role will focus on developing state?of?the?art RF payloads for on?board GNSS receivers, active payloads for navigation signal generation, and positioning solutions across various orbital regimes.ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement all aspects of RF payload development.Engage in systems engineering, identifying payload elements.Define requirements, architecture, and design.Lead deployment, validation, testing, and performance activities.Coordinate technical solutions and contribute to product design.Contribute to company strategy discussions with customers.Produce and review technical documentation required for RF activities.Participate in client meetings and reviews.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Telecommunications, Microwave, or RF Electronics Engineering.At least five years of experience designing Radio Frequency payload architectures.Knowledge of design, implementation, integration and validation of systems/subsystems.Experience with radio signals and digital signal processing.Understanding of RF technologies and equipment (low? and high?power amplifiers, filters, frequency converters).Proficiency in software development in C and MATLAB/Simulink.Decision?making capacity.Strong communication with national and international clients and partners.Leadership and negotiation skills.Fluent English and willingness to travel occasionally.Valued experience in antennas, breadboarding, signal coding, modulation technologies and techniques.Experience in embedded software, real?time environments, software?defined radio platforms, Galileo signals, and GNSS.BenefitsHybrid working model with 8 weeks of teleworking outside usual geographical area.Flexible start and finish times, with intensive work hours on Fridays and in summer.Personalized career development plan, training, and language learning support.National and international mobility; relocation package offered for candidates from other countries.Competitive compensation with ongoing reviews and flexible structure.Wellbeing program: health, dental and accident insurance, free fruit and coffee, physical, mental and financial health training, and more.Equal OpportunityWe promote equal opportunities in recruitment, and we are committed to inclusion and diversity.#J-*****-Ljbffr
