Job description

  • Design, extract, transform, and provision test data sets for UAT, TST50, TST60, UAT10 and other test environments.
  • Guarantee referential integrity of test data across interconnected systems.
  • Develop and manage reusable synthetic and masked datasets representing real-world client scenarios (onboarding, advising, compliance checks, transaction flows).
  • Coordinate with IDMC and Test Data Management teams on environment refresh activities and data population plans.
  • Support automation of test data provisioning using scripting (SQL, Python, Shell) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Git).
  • Maintain a central inventory of test datasets and associated metadata.
  • Act as a point of contact for testers and Product Owners regarding test data, test users, and related constraints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Data Management, preferably within financial services or highly regulated environments.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with data masking tools and technologies (e.g., Delphix, Informatica) is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Familiarity with test phases such as SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data quality.
  • Self-directed, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a distributed, cross-location team.
