Kenntnisse in der Ticketbearbeitung (ITSM)
Installieren der Maschinen in einer Betankungsstraße nach Standardvorgaben
Anlegen der Maschinen im AD nach Dokumentation
Vergeben von Passwörtern im AD nach Dokumentation
Assetmanagement der Geräte (Listenpflege) und Eintragen in die Datenbank
Ausgabe/Rücknahme von Clients
Verkabelung, Auf- und Abbau von Geräte am Arbeitsplatz
Arbeiten in den Datenbanken des Kunden

Requirements

Grundkenntnisse ITIL
Sehr gute Kenntnisse Windows 10/11
gute Kenntnisse Office 365
gute Kenntnisse Active Directory: Passwörter, Username)
Erfahrung im Installieren von Betriebssystemen / Betanken mit SCCM
Erfahrung im Bereitstellen und verkabeln von Arbeitsplatzequipment
Erfahrung im 1st und 2nd Level Support
