QA Manual Tester

The candidate should also have exposure to modern testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, and BDD Cucumber, along with basic exposure to automation testing., * Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories related to health insurance applications.

• Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on requirements.
• Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate core health insurance modules such as:
• Member Enrollment

-Claims Processing

-Policy Administration

-Provider Network Management

-Billing & Payments

-Pre-Authorization and Eligibility

• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools such as Jira.
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, and daily stand-up meetings.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Ensure test coverage and traceability for all business requirements.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI when required.
• Support production validation and post-release testing activities.
• Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status to stakeholders.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Manual Tester with strong exposure to the Health Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in functional testing, API validation, defect management, and end-to-end testing of health insurance applications, including policy administration, claims, member enrollment, provider management, and billing modules., * Experience in manual testing methodologies and QA processes.

• Ability to design and execute effective test cases for frontend and backend applications.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices testing.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitLab integration.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Nice to Have

• Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, and BDD Cucumber frameworks.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing tools.
• Background in the Health Insurance or Life Insurance industry.
• Knowledge of the German language is an added advantage. Experience Required

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in QA Testing.
