ML Engineer

We’re looking for a new ML intern that will ship the software layer behind hundreds of thousands of robots in the wild. You’ll work on the stack end to end and move fast: prototype on Monday, in customers’ hands by Friday.

You will work on

• Edge ML for Robotics: fine-tuning and deploying computer vision and audio models on-device for real-world robotics use cases.
• Core Library Development: refactoring, managing, and improving the core library’s API, architecture, and infrastructure to ensure it is robust, scalable, and easy to use.
• Feature Development & Exploration: driving the development and shipment of robust new features, and actively exploring and integrating new technologies relevant to AI and Robotics.
• Infrastructure & Benchmarking: implementing and maintaining integrations with LLM and audio model providers.

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Someone with a Master’s degree or PhD (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Experienced in fine-tuning models, running them locally, and using them to solve real-world problems.
• A hands-on builder who likes experimenting with APIs and is always prototyping something.
• Passionate and opinionated about technology and design.
• Always working on a side project and exploring the latest tools.
• Someone with a chip on their shoulder who gets a thrill from proving doubters wrong.
• Someone who loves good food and has strong opinions on the best restaurant within 2km.
