Job description

As an AI Engineer (m/f/d), you will design, build, and implement AI-powered solutions that support BEUMER Group’s digital transformation. Working closely with data engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders, you will help deliver scalable AI agents, AI-Assistants, and intelligent workflows that create tangible business value. Your Responsibilities

Develop and configure AI agents, AI-Assistants, and AI-driven workflows using approved platforms and tools
Implementation of AI solution designs and technical specifications
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources
Participate in requirements gathering, technical workshops, and solution design sessions
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of AI solutions before deployment
Support deployment activities and environment configuration
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and configuration records
Monitor solution performance and support issue resolution while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, governance, and data privacy standards, * Exposure to global digital transformation initiatives with real business impact
Close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams consisting of data engineers, solution architects, and business experts
A dynamic environment that encourages innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
Ownership of technical topics and the ability to contribute throughout the entire solution lifecycle

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field
Some years of professional experience in software development, solution implementation, or AI-related technologies
Knowledge of AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry
Solid software development skills, preferably in Python and JavaScript
Understanding of APIs, system integration, and enterprise application connectivity
Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, AI agents, and cloud technologies, ideally within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication, collaboration, and continuous learning mindset
