Job description

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our R&D team working on a live event ticket search engine. This is a full-time, fully remote role where you will work across the Next.js and Python stack, contributing to a high-traffic product where conversion heavily relies on page speed and user experience.

Your area of responsibility

  • Building and improving features for event pages, search, ticket comparisons, and checkout using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
  • Taking charge of site speed (Core Web Vitals and load times) on busy pages to help increase sales.
  • Handling technical SEO, page rendering, and adapting the site for users in 170 different countries.
  • Updating Python and Node backend services to organize ticket data from over 27 different sellers.

Requirements

You are a proactive Full-Stack engineer who loves building great user experiences, with a strong focus on the frontend. You work well independently in a remote team and take pride in your work, especially when it comes to making websites faster. You have an eye for design and strong CSS skills, but you are also completely comfortable jumping into Python backend tasks to help the team finish projects and solve problems., * 5+ years of Full-Stack software development experience with a clear frontend weight.

  • Expertise in Next.js, including App Router, React Server Components (RSC), caching, and a deep understanding of SSR/ISR trade-offs.
  • Proven experience measurably improving Core Web Vitals on a real high-traffic site.
  • Strong CSS and UI craft, with the ability to build polished interfaces.
  • Working knowledge of Python for backend work, including REST APIs, data modeling, and 3rd-party integrations.
  • Autonomous and self-directed in an asynchronous remote environment.
  • Fluent English for effective communication.

Will be a plus

  • Deep understanding of rendering strategies and their impact on SEO search rankings.
  • Experience debugging complex production caching/hydration issues and scaling with Vercel edge functions.
  • Background in search-heavy products, marketplaces, or ticketing domains.
  • Experience managing multi-locale and multi-currency sites

Benefits & conditions

  • A real opportunity to influence the product, architecture, and technical decisions;
  • Direct communication with C-level management, without unnecessary bureaucracy;
  • Remote-first environment;
  • Long-term and enjoyable cooperation;
  • 20 paid working days of vacation per year;
  • 5 paid undocumented sick days;
  • Official public holidays as days off;
  • Personal legal support;
  • English classes;
  • Team-building events and a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
