Job description

In this role, you will define the technical vision for computer vision and generative AI systems - spanning image generation, multimodal intelligence, and 3D scene understanding - within SoftServe’s AI and Data Science Center of Excellence, a team of 170+ experts. You’ll shape CV strategy for world-leading clients, drive innovation from research to production, and lead teams to deliver visual AI solutions that create measurable impact at scale., * Develop advanced computer vision and generative AI solutions for real-world business problems

  • Build, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy models for image and video generation, enhancement, and understanding tasks
  • Work with large-scale datasets and cloud infrastructure to deliver reliable, production-ready AI systems
  • Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to turn ideas and requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Contribute to technical direction, share expertise with the team, and help drive high-impact AI initiatives
  • Maintain strong collaboration between Computer Vision Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps teams, and ML Engineers to build infrastructure, establish efficient processes, productionize computer vision and machine learning pipelines, and integrate them into existing business environments

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with experience building end-to-end training pipelines for research and production
  • Solid background in classical computer vision techniques such as camera calibration, feature matching, and homography estimationcomputer vision techniques such as camera calibration, feature matching
  • Hands-on experience with multimodal and generative AI systems, including transformers, diffusion models, and vision-language models
  • Experience across the full ML lifecycle, including deployment and optimization using tools like ONNX, TensorRT, or Triton
  • Expertise in at least one advanced domain such as 3D computer vision, anomaly detection, edge AI, or model compression3D computer vision, anomaly detection, edge AI,3D
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices in AWS, GCP, or AzureMLOps practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
  • Effective skills in communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English for professional communication
