Job description

Lead the overall Finance transformation strategy, defining the future-state finance operating model.
Own end-to-end Finance solution architecture across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Revenue Recognition, and Planning.
Design and govern the S/4HANA Finance data model, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), organizational structures, chart of accounts, profit/cost centers, and financial master data standards.
Lead financial close, consolidation, and group reporting architecture.
Design Treasury, Cash Management, and Working Capital processes.
Establish finance controls, compliance, and governance frameworks (accounting standards, audit, tax, SOX, segregation of duties).
Define finance analytics and reporting strategy using S/4 Embedded Analytics, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Lead finance data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
Serve as strategic advisor to Finance leadership and the CFO organization., Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
