Requirements

· 7+ years of experience in Performance Testing of Java-based applications and distributed systems. · Strong hands-on experience with JMeter and/or BlazeMeter (7+ years) for load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing. · 5+ years of experience with Selenium for test automation and regression testing. · Proven experience in test case design, test script development, test execution, and results analysis. · Strong understanding of application performance metrics, bottleneck identification, and performance tuning. · Experience analyzing JVM, application server, database, and infrastructure performance. · Ability to create performance test strategies, test plans, and performance reports. · Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.

Benefits & conditions
