Test Systems Engineering, These positions support the development of advanced test solutions used throughout the engineering and production lifecycle of complex aerospace and defense systems. Engineers collaborate across Systems Engineering, Test Engineering, Hardware, Software, and other technical disciplines.
Key Areas of Experience:
- Test requirements development and test methodologies
- System/subsystem requirements development and decomposition
- Requirements management and traceability
- Integration, verification, and validation
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- SysML and/or UML
- Subsystem interfaces, behaviors, and architecture
- Test equipment requirements and development
- Product lifecycle support from design through production
- Cameo Systems Modeler, Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, Teamwork Cloud, or IBM Rational tools
Preferred Experience:
- DOORS
- Embedded test techniques
- Design for Test / Design for Manufacturing
- Debugging and problem solving
- Agile methodologies
- Transition to production
- Technical leadership or mentoring
