Job description

  1. Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-style scenarios (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, incident response)
  2. Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps
  3. Review AI-generated output, identify failures, and write precise corrections with reasoning
  4. Maintain a strict quality bar on correctness and reproducibility
  5. Share structured feedback that improves future task design

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure engineering
  2. Strong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript (this role needs real code, not scripts alone)
  3. Practical depth in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  4. Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
  5. Advanced Linux and Git
  6. Professional English, written and spoken
  7. Availability of at least 20 hours per week
