Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a product-minded Full-Stack Engineer to take a leading role in building and scaling impactful climate tech products. In this position, you will enjoy a high level of ownership, directly influencing both product strategy and engineering decisions. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment, you will take features from concept to production, ensuring the delivery of robust and practical solutions., Product Development & Engineering

• Design, build, and ship production-ready features end-to-end using Django and TypeScript (NextJS).

• Contribute to architectural decisions and shape the technical direction of the platform.

• Ensure high-quality, maintainable code while balancing development speed and practical problem-solving. Ownership & Strategy

• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, influencing both engineering and product decisions.

• Solve complex challenges holistically across engineering, product, and operations.

• Drive initiatives from the ideation phase through to successful deployment. Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely within a small, experienced team to iterate quickly on user feedback and business needs.

• Continuously learn and explore new technologies to improve the platform’s capabilities.

• Bring a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement in both the codebase and the product offering.

Essential

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software engineering.

• Strong proficiency in backend development with Django.

• Solid experience with frontend development using TypeScript and NextJS.

• Proven track record of shipping production features end-to-end.

• A genuine interest in climate tech, sustainability, and making a positive environmental impact.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Previous experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
