Full-Stack Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join us on-site in Berlin. You’ll have substantial ownership from day one, shaping product features end-to-end and contributing directly to architecture decisions in a fast-moving environment. Visa sponsorship is available. What You’ll Do

• Design and implement robust backend systems and APIs to power our AI platform.
• Build end-to-end solutions spanning backend (Node.js), database layers, and frontend integration.
• Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models for performance and scalability.
• Implement API endpoints and integrate with third-party services and AI providers.
• Collaborate on technical architecture decisions and system design alongside the broader engineering team.
• Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Participate in rotating Support Engineer duties, where engineers regularly shift focus to support customers and the customer success team - keeping the whole team close to real user needs.

Required:

• 3+ years of full-stack web development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React / Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL - data modeling, querying, and query optimization.
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS for frontend styling.
• Experience owning features end-to-end, from conception through production deployment.
• Experience building AI-powered features or integrating AI/ML services into applications.
• Experience designing robust APIs and integrating with third-party services and AI providers.
• Ability and willingness to contribute to technical architecture and system design discussions.
• Strong CS fundamentals.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across product and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, Germany.

Nice to Have:

• Background in enterprise SaaS or B2B productivity tooling.
• Familiarity with compliance, security, or data governance requirements in enterprise environments.

• Salary: €66,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
