SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead

SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead is required to lead data migration in support of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA greenfield transformation programme.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating the Data Migration workstream through mock conversions and go-live preparations.
• Defining SAP migration requirements and ensuring testing and business readiness.
• Acting as the key interface across data migration project teams, SAP technical and functional teams, as well as business and finance functions.
• Managing migration planning, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communication.
• Leading data quality, data validation and data reconciliation activities.
• Coordinating migration testing, defect resolution and lessons learned initiatives.
• Steering technical and offshore migration teams through data extraction, transformation and loading.
• Coordinating data migration activities with the Cutover Manager and ensuring production data readiness.

• Extensive experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA data migration programmes.
• Functional experience in Finance and Asset Accounting.
• Experience coordinating business, finance, functional and technical teams.
• Experience managing offshore and technical migration teams.
• Experience managing data quality, data reconciliation and data validation.
• Professional fluency in German.
