Mentoring and supporting junior and mid-level engineers What We’re Looking For Proficiency in modern C++ (ideally up to C++20) Experience writing multithreaded, performance-optimised code Familiarity with tools like Git, Visual Studio, and debugging workflows Experience with networking (TCP/IP stack, streaming protocols) is required.
