Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure and Cloud Services focused IT Business Solutions Manager to join our client in Putney, London. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making processes across Western European markets. Your expertise in Azure data solutions such as Databricks, Data Factory, and Data Lake will be pivotal in maximising the value of data assets. You will collaborate with global and regional teams, manage projects, and ensure the deployment of scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions aligned with business needs. The position entails leading data integration initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving innovation through latest cloud technologies. This role demands strong project management, technical acumen, and leadership skills to effectively oversee application portfolios and deliver integrated data solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or relevant field, with certifications in data or cloud technologies
- 5+ years experience in IT architecture and solutions involving cloud and data flows among systems
- Minimum 3 years experience in data analysis and insights generation within a commercial environment
- Proven track record in delivering solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, including Data Factory, Data Lake, and Databricks
- Strong knowledge of Azure PaaS management, resource monitoring, and DevOps practices including CI/CD
- Fluent in SQL, with experience in Python/PySpark for data processing
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and analytical tools
- Excellent project management capabilities with experience handling budgets and vendor coordination
- Soft skills including effective communication, proactive leadership, and the ability to operate in remote, distributed teams, * 2D/3D Modeling
