Job description
- Support the IT setup across our cafés, office, and warehouse, from POS systems and printers to tablets, routers, and Raspberry Pis.
- Keep our UniFi networks and internet connections running and help troubleshoot issues remotely or on-site.
- Maintain and provision devices, keep our hardware inventory clean, and support onboarding and offboarding.
- Document setups, fixes, and processes in Notion so knowledge stays accessible.
- Support practical GDPR and information security topics, including TOMs, deletion concepts, access management, and security documentation.
- Report to our CTO and be part of our Tech Team., * Flexible working hours. Our core working hours are from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, but of course we understand that Working Students have different needs.

Requirements
- You’re currently enrolled at university, ideally in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- You have a basic understanding of networks and Linux and enjoy learning new technical topics.
- You work independently, stay organized, and appreciate good documentation.
- You have experience with UniFi, GDPR or ISO 27001 is a plus, not a must.
- You’re happy to travel between our Berlin locations when needed. Being based in Berlin and working mainly onsite is non-negotiable for this role.
- You are available 20 hours a week, 3 days a week. Based on your availability, you can choose the days you work (Monday to Saturday).
- You’re fluent in English; German is a plus.
