job summary: Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated IT-Capability Manager to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!

location: Minnesota City, Minnesota job type: Contract salary: $22.50 - 32.50 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors

responsibilities: Key Responsibilities

Own day-to-day delivery, scope management, and execution planning for Trial Claim within BOLT Orchestration.

Serve as the primary business owner for Trial Claim delivery, managing program risks, dependencies, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications across business and technology teams.

Drive cross-functional alignment across Capability Owners, Claim Asset teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners.

Protect scope integrity by governing change requests and aligning delivery decisions to milestone commitments.

Lead parity, latency, accuracy, and operational readiness reviews against current-state claim processing capabilities.

Translate business decisions into executable delivery roadmaps, requirements, and implementation plans.

Partner with Business Analysts and technical teams to ensure traceability, explainability, and delivery quality.

Lead planning and readiness activities for expansion into future claim orchestration capabilities and enterprise business use cases.
