ServiceNow SPM Application Developer

DSA is seeking a ServiceNow Application Developer to support the MilTech customer in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions across the ServiceNow platform in support of mission requirements., * Design and implement solutions to support new features, capabilities, and system integrations within ServiceNow

• Configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow platform implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules following best practices
• Develop automation and integration solutions across the ServiceNow platform
• Support ongoing system improvements aligned with mission and customer requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of technical solutions in a secure, mission-driven environment

All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution., * Active Secret Clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience focused on ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
• Strong experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and Linux
• Solid understanding of web services (SOAP) and object-oriented programming principles
• Experience working with ITIL v3 processes
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform integrations and toolsets
• Experience supporting DevSecOps practices, including software development, release, and maintenance
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and Creator Studio
• Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, IT Asset Management, Automation Engine, Service Catalog, Incident/Problem Management, Reporting, and Configuration Management
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and work independently or collaboratively

Desired Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
• ITIL v3 certification
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

$120,000 - $131,000 USD
