Job description
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions for global clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for EWM-related topics across project lifecycles, from blueprinting to go-live and hypercare.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable SAP EWM solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Drive end-to-end EWM implementations, including warehouse structure design, inbound/outbound processes, internal movements, and automation integration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SAP modules such as MM, SD, TM, and PP to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and offshore teams.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for client stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within warehouse operations.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables, adherence to timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, and proposal development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP EWM (decentralized and embedded EWM).
- Proven track record of leading multiple full-cycle SAP EWM implementations.
- Deep understanding of warehouse management processes including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and physical inventory.
- Strong expertise in EWM configuration, RF framework, PPF, labor management, and MFS integration is a plus.
- Experience integrating EWM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM, PP).
- Knowledge of S/4HANA and migration from WM to EWM is highly desirable.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in a consulting environment, preferably with global clients.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- SAP EWM certification is preferred.
