Lead Project Manager (Non-IT)

Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic, hands-on professional to support cross-functional initiatives and bring structure to complex work. Our team is looking for someone who can translate priorities into actionable plans, create executive-ready materials, and keep work moving with limited day-to-day direction., * Develop and manage project plans, milestones, action trackers, risks, decisions, and status updates.

• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, facilitate meetings, and drive follow-up on commitments.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers; recommend solutions and escalate when appropriate.
• Create concise, executive-ready presentations, meeting materials, and communications.

• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex, cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, or operational-improvement work.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn ambiguous objectives into practical plans and deliverables.
• Experience interacting effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong PowerPoint, written communication, and presentation-development skills.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results with limited oversight.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
