Requirements

8+ years of hands-on IT Reporting Data Analyst experience

4+ years of reporting/data analysis experience within Property & Casualty Insurance
Strong SQL skills
Enterprise Data Warehouse experience
3+ years of hands-on reporting tools experience
MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or Oracle Analytics Cloud
Working knowledge of Guidewire
Working knowledge of Genius
Working knowledge of SAP
Understanding of Dimensional Modeling
Strong understanding of Enterprise Reporting concepts
Strong P&C Insurance knowledge across Policy, Claims, and Financials
Experience gathering and translating business reporting requirements
Experience creating and validating SQL queries and views
Experience supporting UAT and investigating data discrepancies

Nice-to-Have Skills

Reinsurance experience
Experience with supplemental data sources such as HR/headcount
Regulatory and Data Governance experience
Experience educating business users on insurance data
Experience with Excel, flat files, data marts, and interim data solutions
