Job description

  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von IT-StĂśrungen und Anfragen (per Telefon, E-Mail, Ticketsystem)
  • First- und Second-Level-Support fĂźr Hard- und Software sowie IT-Anwendungen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Endgeräten, Druckern und Peripherie
  • UnterstĂźtzung bei der Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
  • Analyse und LĂśsung technischer Probleme in Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd/3rd-Level-Support
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie Anleitungen fĂźr Anwender
  • Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Helpdesk von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und MS Office
  • Grundverständnis von Netzwerken, Servern und IT-Security wĂźnschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Selbstständige und lĂśsungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
