Lead IT Solutions Consultant - Healthcare Logistics (EMEA)

Your primary objective is to acquire and retain customer business by delivering leading IT solutions for key healthcare projects. As an IT Systems Lead Engineer, you act as a key driver in designing integrated solutions, with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and serve as a subject matter expert. You collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery success and drive the development of IT standards and scalable solutions across EMEA. You also act as a trusted advisor, guiding colleagues and projects on IT-related topics. Define high-level architecture/NFRs, sizing, SCT, ROM/DFE estimates, risks/assumptions, and delivery wave plans for bids and RFPs. Review and validate automation concepts and solutions. Delivery: Accountable for build, configuration, integration, testing, performance assurance, data readiness, stable environments, as well as cut-over planning and hypercare stabilization. Operations: Ensure operational readiness, including documentation/runbooks and knowledge transfer; provide L3 support and actively drive problem management.
