Life Cycle Engineer / Fleet Reliability

To provide world-class technical support for in-service/delivered products and to influence maturity throughout the product life cycle to meet customer and business needs, ensuring Design Intent is met., * Investigate and resolve reliability and operational issues, identifying root causes and corrective actions.

• Monitor fleet and component performance, using data analysis and statistical methods to predict future reliability and risk.
• Support continuous product improvement through reliability management, quality assurance and service feedback.
• Develop and maintain lifecycle performance models, supporting optimisation and service validation activities.
• Identify requirements for new Health Monitoring System or capability.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for customers, regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, technical and business requirements.
• Support knowledge management, best practice sharing and lessons learned activities across programmes.

• Degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
• Good understanding of engine systems and components; engine controls knowledge is beneficial.
• Experience in technical problem-solving, reliability engineering or lifecycle management.
• Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong customer focus, communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
