Software Engineer

• Support the development and testing of infotainment systems, including Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, voice recognition, and connected vehicle features.
• Collaborate with suppliers, software developers, and engineering teams to define requirements, track project milestones, and ensure successful product delivery.
• Perform hands-on testing, validation, troubleshooting, and analysis of software and system functionality.
• Develop technical specifications, requirements documentation, reports, and project status updates.
• Investigate root causes of technical issues and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate multiple projects while maintaining quality, schedule, and performance objectives.

We are seeking a Software Engineer - Infotainment Systems to support the development, testing, and integration of next-generation in-vehicle infotainment technology. This temporary role is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive infotainment, systems engineering, software validation, requirements management, or embedded software development., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with software development, systems engineering, infotainment technology, validation testing, or requirements management.
• Knowledge of Java, C, C++, Android OS, or embedded software environments preferred.
• Understanding of vehicle infotainment architecture and hardware/software integration.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Experience with collaboration tools, Microsoft Office, ERP/project management platforms, and technical documentation.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
