Solution Architect / Data Modeler

Role: Solution Architect / Data Modeler (Strong experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery), We are looking for a Solution Architect / Data Modeler to own the technical architecture and delivery of data pipelines and their integration with real-time web applications. The role will work closely with the client’s Data Engineering team and provide technical direction to offshore teams., * Own architecture for Gold-layer data pipelines using dbt and Airflow on cloud data platforms.

• Design integration between data pipelines, Real-Time Newsroom UI, and Audience Goals Dashboard.
• Work directly with client Data Engineering, Data Collection, and Program Management teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and specifications.
• Resolve architecture and data dependencies across Bronze/Silver/Gold layers.
• Provide technical guidance and review designs/implementations from offshore teams.
• Ensure data quality, validation, observability, and production readiness.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery priorities.
• Support post-production activities, knowledge transfer, and documentation.

Remote (Canada, US or Mexico) Job Type: Contract Experience: 8+ Years Looking for a candidate who is a hands-on Data/Solution Architect who can bridge data engineering, architecture, and UI teams, communicate directly with enterprise clients, and provide strong technical leadership from design through production. Key Skills: Cloud Data Architecture + Bronze/Silver/Gold + Snowflake/Databricks/BigQuery + dbt + Airflow + Snowplow/Segment/mParticle + Real-Time Analytics + Data Migration/Validation, * 8+ years of experience in Data/Solution Architecture.

• 3+ years working with cloud data warehouse Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
• Strong experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
• Hands-on experience with Snowplow, Segment, mParticle, or similar event-data collection platforms.
• Strong dbt + Airflow/workflow orchestration experience.
• Experience designing real-time/near-real-time analytics pipelines.
• Experience with data migration, data reconciliation, and parity validation.
• Understanding of frontend/full-stack architecture to work effectively with UI teams.
• Experience leading/directing offshore engineering teams.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SSO/Okta, role-based access, and data governance.
