Associate Software Developer

We are seeking a motivated Software Developer (Level 1) to join our development team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and support of enterprise applications while continuing to build your technical expertise. You will work with modern technologies including C#/.NET, Java/Spring Boot, React, SQL, and cloud-based solutions, collaborating with experienced engineers to deliver high-quality software., * Develop, maintain, and support applications using C#/.NET and Java/Spring Boot

• Assist in designing and implementing new features and enhancements with guidance from senior team members
• Develop user interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following team standards and best practices
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to support coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across backend, frontend, and database components
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality and technical skills
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability
• Contribute to database development and maintenance using SQL
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and fellow developers to deliver business solutions
• Learn and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI-assisted development practices
• Support application deployments, monitoring, and maintenance activities as needed

• Working knowledge of C#/.NET and/or Java/Spring Boot
• Experience with web development technologies such as React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design concepts
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration
• Experience using Git or other version control systems
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
