Job description
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von EDV-Systemen, PCs, Notebooks und Peripheriegeräten
- Betreuung und Ăberwachung von Hard- und SoftwarelĂśsungen
- Fehleranalyse und Behebung von StĂśrungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
- Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten sowie Zugriffsrechten
- UnterstĂźtzung bei Netzwerk- und Serveradministration (LAN, WLAN, VPN)
- Dokumentation von Prozessen, Installationen und Supportfällen
- Anwenderbetreuung und UnterstĂźtzung bei IT-Fragen
- Mitwirkung bei Rollouts, Updates und IT-Projekten
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste praktische Erfahrung als EDV-/IT-Techniker von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und MS Office
- Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerken und IT-Security wĂźnschenswert
- Analytisches Denken, technisches Verständnis und ProblemlÜsungskompetenz
- Serviceorientiertes und freundliches Auftreten sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
