6-10 years of hands-on Application & Integration Architecture experience
6-10 years of Enterprise Architecture concepts and methodologies
Must have experience designing and documenting end-to-end enterprise application architectures
Experience developing target-state architectural views and architecture models Application Portfolio Management & Rationalization
6-10 years analyzing and managing enterprise application portfolios
Must understand and have applied modernization patterns: o Modernize, Replatform, Refactor, and Retire (the 4 R’s)
Experience identifying applications for consolidation, retirement, or transformation
Familiarity with portfolio dashboards and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Information & IT Architecture
6+ years of Information Architecture experience
6+ years of IT Architecture and Portfolio Modeling
Ability to assess technical health, risk, complexity, and modernization suitability of applications Architecture Governance & Standards
6+ years participating in or leading Architecture Review Boards (ARBs)
Experience enforcing architectural guardrails and standards
Must have developed or maintained Architectural Decision Records (ADRs)
Experience reviewing vendor and contractor deliverables for architectural alignment Integration Architecture
Strong background in integration technologies and API platforms
Experience with solution onboarding and integration considerations during modernization
Must understand application dependencies and integration complexity DevSecOps & SDLC Alignment
4-6 years aligning architecture with DevSecOps practices and SDLC frameworks
Must be able to define architecture checkpoints and criteria within delivery pipelines
Ensures modernization readiness criteria are embedded in development lifecycles.
