IT Coordinator

Aramark is seeking an IT Coordinator to support technology operations across our dynamic accommodation and food service environments. In this role, you’ll provide front-line hardware and software support, manage user accounts, maintain POS and back-office systems, and coordinate with vendors and corporate IT. You will monitor tickets, troubleshoot network and device issues, assist with system upgrades, and ensure data security and compliance with company standards. Collaborating closely with operations teams, you’ll train staff on basic IT tools, document procedures, and help drive reliable, efficient technology that supports excellent service to clients and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level hardware and software support for end users and onsite operations teams
• Maintain and troubleshoot POS, printers, workstations, and mobile devices
• Support basic network connectivity issues and escalate complex problems as needed
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and passwords following security standards
• Monitor and resolve IT tickets within defined service-level timeframes
• Coordinate with corporate IT and external vendors for escalations and onsite service
• Assist with system rollouts, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance activities
• Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions
• Train staff on basic IT tools, systems use, and technology best practices
• Ensure compliance with Aramark IT security, data protection, and equipment policies
