Job description

Focus & Responsibilities </p> <p>- Research Transfer & Commercialization: Identify commercial use cases for our geospatial and resilience data models, translating scientific capabilities into clear value propositions for enterprise clients and institutional partners.
- B2B Outreach & Pipeline Management: Lead proactive outreach campaigns targeting potential data partners, municipalities, enterprise clients, and specialized service providers using modern CRM and automation tools (e.g., Odoo ERP, automated email workflows).
- Partner Onboarding & Account Management: Manage communication with corporate partners, coordinate pilot testing phases, and gather operational market feedback to help researchers refine underlying data models.
- Marketing & Value Proposition Communication: Create structured presentation decks, use-case briefs, and digital campaign materials to position our data products in commercial and public markets.
- Funding & Grant Alignment

Requirements

Support the interface between commercial data licensing and applied research funding projects. </p> <p>What We Are Looking For </p> <p>- Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, International Business, Marketing, Geoinformatics, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional Competencies:
- Strong interest in technology, spatial data, AI platforms, or digital business models.
- Experience with or quick adoption of digital outreach tools, CRM systems (e.g., Odoo), and structured email communication.
- High level of communication clarity, commercial acumen, and consultative relationship-building skills.
- Mindset: Proactive, structured, and comfortable working at the intersection of non-profit research and commercial markets.
- Eligibility: Open to local and international applicants currently in Germany (e.g., Chancenkarte / Opportunity Card, Job-Seeker Visa, EU Work Permit).
