Job description

Delta Defense seeks a Data Engineer to build and optimize data pipelines powering analytics for USCCA’s membership, marketing, and customer care operations. You’ll design and maintain scalable ETL processes, integrate data from digital platforms and business systems, and ensure accuracy, security, and usability of datasets for analysts and business stakeholders. Partner closely with analytics, marketing, and operations teams to deliver reliable data models, dashboards, and reporting that support performance, member engagement, and mission-driven decision making in a fast-growing, learning-focused culture., * Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/data pipelines from diverse internal and external sources.

  • Develop and optimize data models and warehouse structures to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across member, marketing, and operations datasets.
  • Collaborate with analytics, marketing, and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
  • Build and maintain data integrations and APIs feeding dashboards, reports, and self-service tools.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for reliability and scale.
  • Implement security and privacy best practices for sensitive member and business data.
  • Document data flows, schemas, and processes to support transparency and continuous learning.
