The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Low Observables Mission Systems Integration Engineer to support an integrated product team in the design and integration of an advanced sensor for a next generation platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low observable technologies and systems integration, with a focus on antennas, apertures, and radomes.

This role requires technical leadership and collaboration across various engineering disciplines to ensure the successful integration of low observable sensors., * Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

• Knowledge of Basic Electromagnetic Principles: Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and its application in low observable systems
• Experience with Low Observable Integration: Proven experience in the integration of antennas and apertures in low observable platforms
• Computational Electromagnetic Solvers: Proficiency in using computational tools for electromagnetic analysis and design
• Antenna Design and Integration: In-depth knowledge of antenna design principles and integration techniques
• Low Observable Platforms: Experience in the design and integration of low observable platforms, including familiarity with relevant materials and technologies

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
