- Demonstrated expertise with electronic payment systems, file-based integrations, and financial data processing\n
- Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques\n
- Experience managing full-lifecycle implementation projects from requirements to deployment\n
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail\n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities\n
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal\n
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language\n
- Experience managing client expectations and building trusted relationships\n, * Experience with SmartAdvisor or similar bill review processing platforms\n
- Knowledge of workers’ compensation claims processing, bill review, or medical management\n
- Familiarity with banking industry standards for electronic payments (ACH, NACHA)\n

The SmartAdvisor Implementation Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our industry-leading workers’ compensation claims management solution. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and client relationship skills to successfully configure, test, and deploy SmartAdvisor while meeting client requirements and timelines. Additionally, this position will lead the implementation of electronic billing and payment solutions, requiring integration experience and understanding of financial transaction processing.\n \n \nKey Responsibilities:\n \n SmartAdvisor Implementation\n \n \n
- Lead comprehensive implementation projects for SmartAdvisor, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and production deployment\n
- Configure system parameters, rules, workflows, and user roles according to client specifications\n
- Design and execute test plans to validate system functionality against requirements\n
- Create and maintain documentation of client-specific configurations\n
- Develop and implement data migration strategies for transitioning clients from legacy systems\n
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle\n
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client administrators\n
- Facilitate smooth transition from implementation to production support\n
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders\n

- Configure and implement electronic billing interfaces between SmartAdvisor and client systems\n
- Set up secure payment processing workflows including ACH transfers, virtual card processing, and recurring payment solutions\n
- Establish file exchange protocols for financial transaction data\n
- Configure reconciliation processes and reporting mechanisms\n
- Ensure compliance with financial data security requirements and industry regulations\n
