Cybersecurity Project Manager

We are looking to connect with experienced Cybersecurity Project Managers who have a strong background in cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, and security transformation initiatives. Professionals in this area typically lead projects related to information security, risk management, and compliance frameworks such as NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, and other industry standards.

Typical Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity and information security projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, GDPR, and related compliance initiatives.
• Manage gap analyses, risk assessments, remediation programs, and audit activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, security experts, risk managers, and external partners.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
• Prepare governance reports, steering committee updates, and management presentations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and regulatory reviews.
• Contribute to cybersecurity strategy, governance, and operational resilience initiatives.

• Experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk, compliance, or governance projects.
• Knowledge of frameworks and regulations such as:NIS2
• DORA
• ISO 27001
• ISO 22301
• GDPR
• NIST, COBIT, or CIS Controls
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as banking, insurance, utilities, telecom, healthcare, or the public sector.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Language skills: French, Dutch and English
