Job description

As HubSpot Platform & CRM Engineer, you focus on the technical side of our HubSpot platform. The role combines hands-on HubSpot configuration and operational work with more advanced technical implementations and platform improvements.

A key part of the role is helping determine how solutions should be implemented within HubSpot: balancing native functionality, workflows, automation, integrations, and custom code in a way that keeps the platform practical, scalable, and maintainable over time.

You work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams. This includes collaboration with:

  • the Technical Product Specialist, responsible for day-to-day HubSpot configuration and execution;
  • Marketing specialists, focused on email automation, websites, forms, analytics and campaign enablement;
  • internal and external engineers, responsible for integrations and technical implementations.

Together, you help ensure the platform continues to evolve in a structured and sustainable way., * Build and maintain website templates, email templates, HubSpot modules, and front-end structures using technologies such as HubL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within the HubSpot environment.

  • Design and improve HubDB structures, reusable content components, and scalable setups for websites, forms, emails, and project-related flows.
  • Work on workflows and automation where logic becomes more complex or reusable, including custom code actions where needed.
  • Help improve integrations and data flows between HubSpot and other systems, using APIs and tools such as Postman where relevant.
  • Contribute to the technical side of our marketing setup by improving reusable website structures, forms, templates, content management approaches, and related tracking or data flow implementations within HubSpot.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot workflow, automation, and platform-related issues, helping ensure the platform remains stable and manageable in day-to-day operations.
  • Support tracking and analytics-related implementations, such as forms, events, cookies, and data flows where relevant.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and help strengthen internal HubSpot capabilities as we gradually bring more technical expertise in-house.

Requirements

At iChoosr, you will join a team of 160 goal getters with a proactive approach, strong sense of ownership and strong interpersonal skills. Your colleagues work across the North America, the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, Poland and Japan., * Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and you are comfortable working with workflows, automation, templates, forms, CRM-related processes, and marketing enablement.

  • Technical HubSpot knowledge and experience with concepts such as HubL, HubDB, custom modules, custom code actions, integrations, and themes.
  • Ability to balance operational practicality with scalability, maintainability, and reuse when designing or improving HubSpot solutions.
  • Structured, pragmatic, and collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Service, Business and Engineering teams.
  • Experience with data modelling, tracking/analytics implementations, marketing automation platforms, or email operations at scale is a plus.
  • A strong command of English (written and spoken) is required.
