Power Platform Automation Consultant

Overview

Office Arrangements: Occasional travel to London (2/3 times a month)

A global professional services firm in the Legal space is seeking a hands-on Power Platform Automation Consultant, with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to help deliver scalable, impactful solutions across a complex, enterprise environment.

You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to automate workflows, build low-code apps, and integrate AI tools using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Deliver end-to-end automation workflows and integrations using Microsoft and Azure tools
• Assist with Document Management Systems
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions
• Integrate AI tools such as Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and AI Builder into business processes
• Support platform best practices including governance, environment management, and ALM
• Collaborate with developers and business users to support citizen development initiatives
• Contribute templates, reusable components, and documentation to support scaling

What We’re Looking For

• A Power Platform Automation Consultant with 2+ years’ experience delivering solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
• A Power Platform Automation Consultant with strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (canvas/model-driven), Power BI
• A Power Platform Automation Consultant with experience of document management systems such as iManage or Sharepoint
• A Power Platform Automation Consultant who has experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Cognitive Services)
• A Power Platform Automation Consultant with working knowledge of APIs, connectors, and integration frameworks
• A Power Platform Automation Consultant with strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
• A Power Platform Automation Consultant with the ability to work across multiple business units and technical teams

Nice to Have

• A Power Platform Automation Consultant with experience with Power Automate Desktop or other RPA tools
• A Power Platform Automation Consultant with exposure to AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or custom GPTs
