We’re currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a high-profile transformation programme based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to shape enterprise architecture strategy while driving the adoption of modern digital platforms, cloud-native technologies, and Agentic AI solutions.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in defining architecture roadmaps, enabling digital transformation, and ensuring technology solutions align with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native architectures and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide architectural leadership across complex enterprise programmes.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions, ensuring scalability, governance and security.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and business teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.
• Produce architecture roadmaps, standards and governance documentation.
• Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong background in digital transformation and cloud-native architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience developing enterprise architecture roadmaps and technology strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of modern architecture frameworks and governance.
• Ability to work across multiple technical and business teams.
• Experience working within complex commercial or enterprise organisations.
• Knowledge of modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with AI, automation and emerging digital technologies.
