Position: SAP BTP Architect

Employment Type: Contract

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - Mostly remote, 1-2 days per week onsite)

Responsibilities

• SAP BTP Architecture & Strategy

• Define and govern end-to-end SAP BTP architecture across: o SAP S/4HANA Cloud o SAP Build solutions o Integration and extension platforms

• Lead architecture for: o Side-by-side extensions o In-app extensions o Clean Core-aligned solutions

• Cloud Development & Integration

• Provide architectural direction for: o ABAP Cloud development o SAP Fiori and SAP Build Apps o OData services and API strategies

• Design and oversee integrations between: o SAP systems o Third-party platforms o Downstream enterprise applications

• Ensure scalable and secure use of: o SAP Integration Suite o SAP BTP services and middleware

• Governance & Delivery
• Establish architectural standards and governance processes

• Ensure compliance with: o Legal and regulatory requirements o Enterprise security standards o SAP best practices

• Support incident, change, and enhancement management activities
• Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with: o Functional and technical teams o Enterprise architects o Integration partners and vendors

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies and architecture reviews
