Job description

The Senior .NET Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web and enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements., * Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET.

  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and backend components.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
  • Support application deployments and contribute to CI/CD processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET.
  • Experience developing ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, or Web API applications.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and database design concepts.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with source control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Understanding of security best practices and authentication frameworks.
