2. Project Volume: Completion of 3+ full implementation projects (Food and beverage Industry related projects)

Leadership Capabilities: The ability of managing conversations with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions, OneStream Platform Mastery: In-depth knowledge of OneStream’s core modules, including Financial Consolidation, Planning, Reporting, Analytics, Workflows, Dashboards, and Cube Views. Programming and Scripting: Proficiency in VB.Net and C# for building complex business rules, customizations, and extensibility features. Data Management and Integration (ETL): Expertise in data integration tools, ETL pipelines, data migration strategies, and ensuring data integrity between OneStream and source systems like ERPs and data warehouses. Database Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SQL for queries, stored procedures, and general understanding of relational and multidimensional database design (OLAP).

Core Functional Skills Accounting and Finance Expertise: A strong understanding of financial processes, including the financial close cycle, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting (FP&A), and reporting. Financial Data Modeling: Ability to design and maintain complex financial models and metadata concepts (cubes, hierarchies, dimensions). US GAAP/Multi-GAAP Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

Consulting and Soft Skills Business Analysis and Solution Design: Leading client workshops to gather and document business requirements, and translating those requirements into effective technical solutions and architectural designs.
