Principal, AI Strategy & Engineering Transformation

Vantor seeks a Principal, AI Strategy & Engineering Transformation to lead high impact AI initiatives for clients. You will assess complex systems, define AI and automation roadmaps, and architect scalable, cloud native solutions that modernize operations. Partnering with business and engineering leaders, you’ll turn data and AI opportunities into measurable outcomes, guide implementation using modern software and MLOps practices, and mentor teams. You’ll shape Vantor’s AI playbooks and reusable patterns while working in a collaborative, low ego, learning focused environment delivering transformative digital products., * Lead AI strategy and engineering transformation initiatives for client organizations in collaboration with cross functional teams

• Assess client systems, data, and workflows to identify high impact AI, automation, and cloud modernization opportunities
• Design AI enabled architectures, reference patterns, and roadmaps aligned with business outcomes and technical constraints
• Guide implementation of AI, data, and automation solutions using modern software engineering and MLOps practices
• Partner with client stakeholders to define KPIs, measure value, and iterate on AI and digital transformation approaches
• Mentor engineers and data specialists, promoting craftsmanship, experimentation, and continuous learning
• Ensure scalable, secure, and reliable cloud native implementations across web, data, and AI services
• Contribute to Vantor’s AI best practices, playbooks, and reusable solution components
