Requirements

10+ years of Data Engineering experience. 3+ years in a Lead, Principal, or Architect-level capacity. Extensive experience building modern cloud-based data platforms. Demonstrated success building greenfield data initiatives from concept through production. Strong expertise in: Snowflake, Databricks, Data Lakehouse Architectures, Streaming Technologies, Domain-Driven Design, Data Product Development Experience designing and implementing: Customer 360 platforms, Identity Resolution solutions, Customer Identity Graphs, Recommendation data architectures Pluses: Experience with: Real-time customer personalization, Recommendation platforms, Customer analytics ecosystems, Feature store design, and ML data preparation frameworks Exposure to AI agent initiatives and semantic data architectures.
