Digital App Developer (Web & Mobile)

In the role of Digital Web/Mobile Full Stack Developer, you will apply your technical expertise across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. You will play a key role in supporting the organization’s most critical digital development initiatives, including the build of a new mobile application, enhancement and modernization of the member web portal, and broader digital transformation and automation efforts across the business.

You will contribute to future-state technology strategy while partnering closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, QA teams, and project managers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This role will help drive business innovation through the development of modern .NET-based applications, mobile experiences, system integrations, and process automation capabilities.

• 6+ years of full stack web development (ASP.NET Core and Framework) and some mobile app development experience (mobile Apple/Android, Kotlin/Swift)

• Primary Tech Stack: C#, .ASP.NET, Core, Entity Framework, MVC, Visual Studio, Webforms, C#, and Web APIs

• Secondary Tech Stack (less experience/exposure required): React, .NET MAUI (this is an App UI web x mobile cross-platform framework), Swift/Kotlin, Apple/Android
• Strong understanding of application infrastructure: IIS hosting, Ips, DNS, certificates, GitHub Action pipeline issues
• Strong technical understanding of web application architecture (event driven, cloud, integrations, etc.) system integration, and testing.
• Experience with Front-End Frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor
• Strong experience with SQL Server and PL/SQL development
• Experience supporting projects delivered via Agile, Waterfall and/or SAFe methodologies
• Strong experience with API design patterns (REST - XML, JSON)
• Ability to write clean, high quality, high performing, scalable code from scratch
• Understanding of AI-enabled tools like CoPilot or Claude, and emerging technologies to enhance code and developer performance efficiency - Azure cloud, Github, DevOps CICD pipeline experience
• Knowledgeable about web security basics
• Microsoft certifications are a plus
• Industry knowledge within healthcare or insurance claims (understanding of PHI, PII, HIPPA data and web applications)
