We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Test Manager to lead the testing strategy and execution for SAP S/4HANA across Finance , Procurement , Human Capital Management (HCM) , and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) . This role is central to ensuring delivery quality in a schedule-pressured, budget-sensitive, and highly visible programme environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a risk-based, scalable test strategy across integration, system, regression, UAT, and OAT/Dress Rehearsal.
- Lead cross-functional test teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and programme leadership.
- Manage test planning, execution, defect triage, and quality reporting under aggressive delivery timelines.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, test cases, and outcomes to meet audit and compliance standards.
- Drive test automation opportunities to accelerate delivery and reduce manual overhead.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, and resource gaps to programme leadership.
- Maintain rigorous governance and reporting cadence aligned with Customer's project oversight structures.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated success as a Test Manager in large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes, preferably in financial or public sector environments.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (Ariba/MM/SRM), HCM, and SAC.
- Proven ability to deliver under schedule and budget pressure, with a focus on quality and stakeholder confidence.
- Expertise in test management tools (e.g., cALM, JIRA, Tricentis Tosca) and test automation frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in regulated environments with high standards for data integrity, auditability, and governance.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.
