  • Maintain and update SOPs, system controls, access permissions, and finance process documentation relating to Horizon, ensuring compliance with internal governance and audit frameworks.
  • Drive process automation and continuous improvement across finance, including enhancements to workflows, reporting, data quality, and user experience.
  • Manage Horizon configuration, upgrades, module enhancements, and release cycles, including planning, testing, UAT, and deployment.
  • Support and oversee data structures, integrations, and interfaces between Horizon and other internal systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Horizon issues, coordinating with internal IT to ensure timely, well-documented resolutions.
  • Partner with IT on system architecture, enhancements, integrations, and data governance initiatives.
  • Support end-users with the development and refinement of reports, dashboards, and KPIs within Horizon to improve property and portfolio-level insight.
  • Provide clear documentation of system changes, workflows, integrations, and data flows to support audit requirements and future scalability.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by ensuring high-quality Horizon data, documentation, and strong internal controls.
  • Experience in report writing using SSRS and freehand SQL

  • Strong understanding of real estate finance and property accounting
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent system priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with finance teams, IT, and senior stakeholders.
