Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer, you will design and develop backend services and portals for a global payment platform. You’ll work with modern tools and methodologies like CI/CD and Behavioral Driven Development, in a collaborative and empowering environment.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and portals for a global payments platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
Contribute to reusable libraries and consider system-wide implications

Qualifications

3-5 years in software engineering
Experience with OO languages (Java, C#), databases, and web technologies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Passion for building scalable, high-quality software
Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles
Experience designing modular, testable, and scalable architectures
Strong understanding of relational databases-indexing, joins, stored procedures, ER modelling
Familiarity with code reviews, refactoring, and shared ownership in collaborative teams
Ability to contribute to reusable libraries and think in terms of systems
