Your responsibilities

  • Support operational tasks for Market Risk & Aggregated Reporting.

  • Assist the team in designing, prototyping, building, and operating state-of-the-art interactive and informative reports and dashboards for Market Risk & Aggregated & Regulatory Reporting on the Microsoft Power BI platform.

  • Act as a sparring partner for colleagues on topics related to the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.

  • Provide support and expertise in the fields of digitalization, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital tools to internal stakeholders within the business area.

  • Support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation use cases within Market Risk & Aggregated & Regulatory Reporting.

  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered solutions, including AI agents, copilot solutions, intelligent assistants, chatbots, and workflow automation tools.

  • Contribute to the development of proof-of-concepts and prototypes leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Fabric, and other emerging AI technologies.

  • Support the integration of AI-driven capabilities into reporting, analytics, and business processes to improve operational efficiency, data accessibility, and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization through AI, automation, advanced analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of AI-enabled knowledge management, self-service reporting, and intelligent business support solutions.

  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in AI, data analytics, reporting technologies, and digital transformation, proactively bringing innovative ideas to the team.

  • Help the team with internal stakeholder communication and, from time to time, with administrative and project-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Student in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

  • Practical work experience with Microsoft Office and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, especially Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL coding, is a must.

  • Strong affinity for Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence in a business environment.

  • Proven knowledge of enterprise data platforms and cloud technologies, such as Oracle, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and related technologies.

  • Experience with data modelling, reporting, and programming languages such as SQL, DAX, Python, and other analytics or automation frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.

  • Experience designing, developing, configuring, or deploying AI-powered solutions such as AI agents, chatbots, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) applications, workflow automation solutions, or agentic AI systems is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Services, AI Builder, and Power Platform AI capabilities is considered a strong advantage.

  • Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve business processes, reporting efficiencies, decision-making, and operational excellence.

  • Passionate about operational excellence, agile ways of working, digital transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with good stakeholder and process management capabilities.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse and international environments.

  • High personal responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills in English are required; German language skills are a plus.

  • Availability for at least 6 months; ideally for 12 months or longer.

Nice-to-Have (Recommended)

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Models, and Power BI governance.

  • Experience building AI agents, copilots, or business automation solutions using low-code/no-code and pro-code technologies.

  • Exposure to Energy Trading, Market Risk, Regulatory Reporting, or Financial Risk Management environments.
